Threw himself was lovely. Staff were kind and welcoming. Location was fine for us having travelled from another city. The swimming pool has a number of cracked or broken tiles under the water and I ended up cutting my foot on them. Quite a hazard given how your feet soften in the water.
Room was immaculate, evening meal in the restaurant was really nice. Friendly staff, convenient location and good value, included car-parking for two weeks and airport shuttle.
Very nice hotel! Amazing rooms and very nice leisure centre. However, there was no posted signage which caused people to slip and there was also a crack in the pool tiles near the stairs; I would recommend, it's a family friendly hotel and has a good location to Manchester Airport with an Uber stand to get a ride to the Airport
the SWEETEST staff member ever was at reception when i checked in on the 26/2/26, her name was Serena, literally the kindest soul ever, so so friendly and accommodating. give my girl a raise asap super lovely rooms, really clean and and spacious. food was great and super close to the airport straight off the M56, overall an amazing stay would high recommend!!
Nice hotel, plenty of parking, perfect location to get into Manchester or airport. They hand transportation that picked you up from right outside hotel to take you to the airport. Restaurant inside, lovely swimming pool overall enjoyed our family stay
Had an amazing stay at the hotel. Amazing staff. The room is well equipped. Lovely restaurants onsite, one French and one Italian. Food is amazing, food is very well presented. The Spa is lovely, a great swimming pool available with a steam room and sauna. The transfer bus to the airport is amazing, running every 25 minutes. Thank you for everyone involved. Also a conference centre available. Will visit again! Many thanks.
The hotel, facilities, food etc are all great but the staff make this place five star. I used to come regularly for work years ago and I came back for the first time this week only to be greeted by Claudia at breakfast who used to look after me so well all those years ago, it was a wonderful suprise. Other staff I'd not met before but all were very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
Very nice. Good breakfast. Some may argue pricey at £17 but the quality is excellent. For example, the bacon was thickly sliced and perfectly cooked with very little fat. Someone has made an effort to find good sources. Plenty of options if you want vegan, cereals or fruit. They even have 'proper' Yorkshire tea bags!! Now we're talking!!
